About Us
The Herbers Agency was founded in 2024 by Managing Director Zach Herbers with a mission to provide reliable in-market representation services to help organizations seeking to develop new opportunities in Vietnam. Over time, as the team and systems grew alongside evolving demands from clients, The Herbers Agency expanded its scope of coverage to include ASEAN and North Asia (Asia-Pacific) markets.
In late 2025, The Herbers Agency became an integrated strategic partner of Growthbridge Global.

About Zach
Managing Director Zach Herbers developed an extensive network and deep understanding of Vietnam from his prior role as the Executive Director of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam.
During that time, Zach led the Chamber’s rebuild following the COVID-19 pandemic, tripling its membership size, and actively supporting member companies with bilateral business objectives. Zach also developed the Chamber’s business services program, coordinating numerous trade missions, delegations and B2B engagement activities for Canadian provinces, industry associations and individual organizations.
Prior to this, Zach served as the Campaign Manager and Strategic Advisor to the Mayor of Strathcona County, Alberta, Canada. Zach holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from MacEwan University in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
In 2025, Zach was elected President of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, and holds this role in a volunteer capacity outside of his work with the firm.
